Includes hotel accommodations in Moscow, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, transfers, domestic flights inside Russia, Train fare Irkutsk - Novosibirsk, meals per itinerary, Entrances to museums and exhibits per the itinerary, English speaking guide and access to all talks and leactures by ICSTARS group leaders.
A limited number of First class train berths are available for an additional $250 per person

Payment Schedule
Initial $500 deposit is required at time of reservation to hold your reservation.
Second payment of $700.00 due January 2, 2008.
Final payment due May 15th, 2008

Jan 2- May 15, $1200 cancellation penalty
May 15 - Departure, 100% cancellation penalty
